why u not banned all topup cheating ?

but I want topup in this double event why my account in baned? can I continue to login at 14:10 hours and my account is exposed to baned? my topup friend there is not banned? why just me? sad respond for devs

The developers checked, and they found that you topped up and then did a refund. We do not accept this sort of behavior in the game.
