Hey Taggers!
Following the recent pilot launch of TAGG 2.0, we have received feedback from several taggers who have experienced issues with the new login procedure & change of password.
As the team works on rectifying the situation, here's an update:
1) All Taggers will have access to the User Login Portal of TAGG 1.0 to see the end June Report and verify the Node & Yield balances that are to be transferred to TAGG 2.0. This is now available on www.playtagg.com.
2) All Taggers will be able to harvest their yields or salvage their Nodes within the game rules of whatever Stimpack they are already in. The Payout request timeline will be extended from the usual 15 July to 31 July.
3) All Taggers will have access to a customer service HelpDesk (via an online platform) to seek clarifications and also assistance to execute instructions. This will be available soon.
4) Meantime, All Taggers will be getting a prorated yield of 3% in the month of July.
